Parking, Ride Share & Helpful Tips

Please note, due to expected high attendance, traffic may be heavier than usual. Limited parking is available, so we recommend using city transit, ride share services, or carpooling. Parking lots will open at 8:00 a.m. Please access parking lots via Paul Buck Blvd./Arena Blvd. Guests can also use the Briar Creek exit off 74 to park in the main Park Expo lot. The ride share drop-off and pickup point is located near Ovens Auditorium on Paul Buck Blvd./Arena Blvd. For real-time traffic updates on the day of the event, please check our venue's Twitter page @TheBOplex.

Bag Policy

Approved - Any non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” in size, which is approximately the size of a handbag with or without a handle/strap, such as a small clutch purse. Additionally, clear bags that do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”

Facility Rules

The following items are prohibited: vapes, video recorders, cameras, laser pointers, large electronics, outside food or beverage, large bags/backpacks and weapons. All patrons are subject to search and there is no re-entry. The Bojangles Entertainment Complex is a smoke-free facility.

Concessions

Concessions will be operating with cashless payments by accepting debit and credit cards for all transactions.
