Important Ticket Holder Information

Late Seating Policy
Once the show begins, no one will be allowed to enter the theatre for approximately 20 minutes. Ushers will then be allowed to resume seating between scenes. Please plan accordingly to arrive in time to take your seat and enjoy the show.

Box Office & Doors
The box office at Ovens Auditorium will open 2 hours prior to each performance. Doors will open 1 hour prior to the show.

COVID Precautions
All guests are required to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status, per the shows requirements.

Concessions
Concessions will be available in the new concourse area connected to the lobby of Ovens Auditorium and will feature a wine bar, beer garden, charcuterie boards and other snacks. All food and beverage must be consumed in the concourse area and will not be allowed in Ovens Auditorium.
